Why 700 Is Not A Leap Year? [Solved]
Even though the year 700 is divisible by 4 but not by the number 400. Hence, we cannot consider the year 700 as a leap year. Example: 400, 800, 1200, etc. are leap years as they are divisible by 400, and years 300, 700, 100, etc are not leap years as these years are not divisible by 400.
